Terms of Service

Last updated: 15 July 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the QUANTRA platform and the marketing website at bwequantra.lovable.app ("Services"), operated by BWE Consulting Private Limited ("BWE"). By using the Services you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility and accounts

QUANTRA is offered to organisations and their authorised personnel under a written engagement agreement. Account holders must be at least 18 years old, protect their credentials, and enable multi-factor authentication.

2. Use of the Services

  • Use only within the scope of your engagement agreement and applicable law.
  • Do not attempt to circumvent security, access other tenants' data, or reverse-engineer the platform.
  • Do not upload malware, unlawful content, or content you have no right to upload.

3. Roles and responsibilities

BWE operates the platform and delivers audit services. The client organisation owns its engagement data, retains approval rights on findings, and is responsible for the accuracy of inventory data it provides.

4. Reports and deliverables

Delivered reports are snapshot-based with an immutable input hash bound to the assets and findings that produced them. Post-delivery changes are handled through new report versions, not retroactive edits.

5. Intellectual property

QUANTRA, its scoring engines, prompt templates and platform code are BWE's intellectual property. Client engagement data remains the client's property. Aggregated, de-identified statistics may be used by BWE to improve the platform.

6. Fees

Fees, payment terms and cancellation are governed by the applicable engagement agreement.

7. Confidentiality

Each party will protect the other's confidential information using at least reasonable care and only use it for the purposes of the engagement.

8. Warranties and disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. QUANTRA is a professional tool that supports human-approved decisions; it is not an autonomous compliance authority.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BWE's aggregate liability under these Terms is limited to fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. Neither party is liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any arbitration clause in the engagement agreement.
